Consisting of an off the shoulder dress with frill and flared skirt.
Bodice is black and skirt has rows of black and striped material.
Dress is elasticated at the waist, and has a white underskirt with red frill.
Included with the costume is a waist cincher belt with large sugar skull design and a flower clip for the hair.
