Hanging decoration has a 3D effect with two layers of the pictures in vibrant colours.
Decoration measures 35cm in length and 24cm in width at the base.
Between the two layers at the bottom there is a battery operated switch.
Gently take out the plastic tag the stops the batteries from touching and then switch on.
Little coloured lights will come on. Press again and they will start to flash.
