Standing approx.: 28cm high, this peop consists of two old type books stacked one on top of the other.
On the top is a witch hat which when activated starts to talk and move.
The hat moves up as if there is witch was underneath with eyes that light up and flash on and off while it says – “Please take a treat, I have eye of newt, toe of bat, …..tail of cat. Here for a treat or a trick”.
At the same time the witch is cackling and laughing.
